Hi, I'm Josh. I founded EnvoyerAI because I kept seeing the same frustrations run through residential property management — the 2 a.m. voicemail, the tenant photo that never came through, the technician dispatched on a hunch, the hours of admin swallowed by chasing the basics. The tools meant to solve it were either too rigid, too expensive, or both.
So I set out to build something lighter. Software that actually does the work for you — answering inbound tenant requests 24/7, collecting photo and video proof upfront, and dispatching only when action is truly needed — instead of adding another dashboard for your team to babysit.
The name comes from the French verb envoyer (pronounced ahn-vwah-yay) — "to send." Because the whole point is sending the right action to the right place, automatically.
